Terms & Conditions (The Honest Version)
We’re a small independent business — not a big warehouse with robots and 24-hour dispatch so here’s how things really work.
Ordering
When you place an order, you’re agreeing that we’ll make or source the item for you.
Some things we keep in stock, others are made to order or come from our suppliers (sometimes outside the UK).
We’ll let you know if there’s a delay, but we’ll still process your order unless you tell us otherwise. If we can’t get something at all, we’ll refund you in full straight away.
Delivery
We aim to ship stock items within 7 working days, and made-to-order items may take up to 2 extra weeks. Once shipped, UK delivery usually takes up to 7 working days. Sometimes couriers run late or stock takes longer than expected, that’s just the reality of small-batch supply. We’ll keep you updated if there’s a holdup.
Refunds & Returns
If the item is faulty, damaged, or we’ve made a mistake, we’ll put it right — no arguments. If you just change your mind, we’ll follow UK law (14-day cooling-off period) but we can’t offer refunds outside that. You’ll need to cover return postage, and the item must be unused and in its original packaging. We’re too small to absorb unnecessary costs, so please buy thoughtfully.
Made-to-Order Items
Once a made-to-order item is in production, it’s yours. We can’t refund or cancel these unless there’s a fault or we can’t supply it.
Payments
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Your order isn’t confirmed until payment clears.
Data & Privacy
We only use your details to process and deliver your order. Some suppliers ship directly from outside the UK, so your name and address may be shared with them purely for delivery purposes. We never share or sell your data otherwise, ever.
The Honest Bit
We do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but we’re a small team juggling stock, suppliers, and life. If there’s a hiccup, we’ll always try to sort it fairly and quickly.
We just ask for the same understanding in return.
